I want to thank you for replacing my sewer line. Something that could have been difficult and frustrating was made simple and smooth. You were very professional, personable and patient.Your crew was responsive and respectful and got the work done in record time. I would definitely recommend Evenflow Plumbing to my family and friends. You are now my plumber for life. Is that ok?
Thank you, thank you!!
I really appreciated your outstanding work at my house this past week. You completely repaired my sewer line in an efficient and fair manner. On August 29, 2007, you gave an estimate which included all costs and you completed the job without any hidden costs. It is rare these days to hire a contractor who is as honest and straightforward as your company. You completed the work by making certain that everything was done according to local code as per the local inspector.
I will certainly call on Evenflow Plumbing anytime I have a plumbing issue. I’m confident that my new sewer line will be good for a long time. I will recommend your companyto any of my friends who have plumbing needs.
Thanks once again for doing an outstanding job.
I want to take the time to tell you how I felt about the work you and your team have done for me.
Beginning with the person who answers your phone, to a person, everyone was courteous, understanding, professional and helpful. Sewer problems are very stressful or a homeowner and it meant a lot to have the calming reassurance that your team members extended to me during this recent ordeal.
In addition, the work crew operated like a well-oiled machine, everyone working together to get a very complex job (62 feet of new sewer line buried in very rocky terrain). I was impressed with the skill and precision of the equipment operators, the foreman kept everything in motion all day. The sewer replacement and 10 foot cast iron drain replacement all happened in about 8 hours and they left everything looking cleaned up and tidy.
I have already recommended you to my neighbor!

Here is my slightly overdue endorsement. I am so 100% satisfied, and especially love going downstairs for my morning tea which is available to me in seconds thanks to instahot.
As the owner of an older Berkeley home, I was asked by my neighbor to address a sewer problem that had his line backed up several times a year. Under a grandfather provision from the 1940’s when our homes were built, three houses were all connected to one sewer line that ran from the house sandwiched in the middle. The line that went from my house ran underneath my neighbor’s garage and connected to the line from his house. Also tied in to his line was a five unit apartment on the corner. I wanted to be a good neighbor, and had saved for a long time to come up with the money to fix my part, which meant running a separate line from my house to the city’s main. I got five bids from five different plumbing companies. After meeting with Gary Dimodana of Evenflow Plumbing Company I knew I had found the right company for the job. While other companies promised a trenchless job for a somewhat cheaper price, I knew after talking with Gary that this could not be a trenchless job. Not only was his bid a fair price for a big job, but he offered to put in an Instahot hot water tap in my kitchen as part of the deal. Although I had tried for the better part of a year to talk to people in Berkeley’s planning and development department, I had gotten nowhere. Now in a short time Evenflow Plumbing had permits and we were set to go. We had a deal with the city of Berkeley to do the job on August 14, 2008. Gary would take the line to the curb and the city would do their share taking the line from the curb to the main which was on the other side of the street. Two days before the job was scheduled, the city reneged on their part. Gary is fully credentialed and offered to do the work for the city for $2500 which is half the going rate for the job. They refused to do their share.
Then Gary came to me saying that I would have to pay an extra $2500 to fix this problem. I was almost out of money and could not see going ahead with the job at this time. Then Gary came back with the incredible offer to do the city’s part for only $1000 which was an extremely generous offer. I agreed and we rescheduled the work. I was so impressed with this company. All the workers were polite, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Because they needed to drill and break up concrete, they made sure to start at 10 am so no one would be awakened by the sound of the jackhammers. They had all the equipment they needed including the heavy machinery to run the trench across the street to tie into the main. After they ran the new sewer line, they capped the old pipe and they fixed the bricks and poured the concrete to fix the driveway and street back to where it had been. As an extra, they replaced five squares of concrete on the sidewalk that had cracked over the years. On top of everything Gary came to my house twice to install and correct a small problem with the instant hot water line in my kitchen. Everyone I dealt with in Evenflow Plumbing was personable and professional, and I would give this company my highest recommendation.
As my husband and I were doing a room addition we came across some sewer problems. Our clay pipes that were put in, back in 1943 started to crack and break. We needed to get this resolved as soon as possible to continue on with our room addition. And since our insurance company would not cover the work it was our responsibly as a home owner fix the sewer pipes. We turned to a well know company, and contacted several other companies. We found Evenflow in our phone directory. The same day we called Evenflow the owner came by our home, we were very comfortable with Gary not feeling under pressure under the circumstance we were in, and after Gary explained his processors, we understood what his was going to do, we liked his knowledge of what his company would be doing. I was very impressed when Gary said he wouldn’t have to tear up my new floor to replace the sewer pipes, that he could do the job without disturbing the new construction.
When the Evenflow crew showed up they went right to work knowing their job, and when I had questions they were very kind in stopping and answering our questions. The crew works neatly and affectingly to complete the job in record time. We were totally impressed with there professionalism. Even Flow seemed to have a very good repour with the city and their inspectors. I would highly recommend Even Flow to any one who need sewer work done.

Just wanted to thank you and your crew for a very professional and timely job yesterday. The workers were all very easy to work with, very informative of the processes involved, and polite and respectful, and at all times approachable for questions. And when the job was complete, the clean up was so well done that you could not even tell the place had looked like a construction sight earlier in the day. The mark of a professionally done job is the clean up detailing, and your guys did this beautifully in both the landscaping, and the brick work. Please feel free to use me as a reference. And thanks again for the great job.
It probably never crossed his mind that he would have to work on a project that was done over 11 years ago by his company but it did happen. Evenflow plumbing responded to my call for “Warranty” service 11 years after the initial main sewer line job that was replaced at my home. When I called Gary I was afraid I was going to get the run around, like most companies, but he responded with the most positive attitude and reassured me that he would get to the bottom of the problem and take care of it. This was even after he realized that the job was over eleven years old and any documentation was going to need to be found in his archives. Any way to make a long story short, Evenflow Plumbing Stands by their work and I am sure you will appreciate that ,just as much as I did.
